Legal Question in Family Law in India

My psycho percent wife not takes a medicine & her parent also not supporting about that illness, for that disses she can�t adjusting my (husband) family & relatives, don�t maintain low and order in our family.

That type problem consulting our word commissioner to her parent to take medicine for psycho problem, but my wife & her parent violet our word commissioner advice.

At that position if I will dappling in C.R or other relating case in our jurisdiction cote to have any benefit in my side? So give necessary steps ?
