Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Please let me know what is the punishment of mon maintenence to wife (not child) if union council has issue a certificate of maintenence? Husband has no property on his name to be seized.
wife has not filed RCR and living separately without husband permission?

On the basis of that arrest warrants of husband can be issued from the family court and he can be sent to jail till he pays the maintenance amount so determined..

No punsihemnt without court decree of maintinance .
As union council got no power to implement as its a just certificate not a decree of family court. Which also required execution.
