Legal Question in Family Law in India
I put a 498 case on my husband... we had a counseling in the police station and my husband very innocently said he wants me and my son to be back with him... we then agreed to mutual divorce on a condition that he will not come anywhere near my son now and in the future.. he agreed to it.. as per a lady who is claiming to be from human rights from his side is saying that we will need to give it in writing in the PS and they will close the case we will then have to go to the court after 6 months and the divorce will be granted. Is this true? should I let the case be closed in the PS.. she said my husband would write on a bonf paper and give that he will not trouble me r my son during this period... the CI in the police station is saying that she will need to close the case as soon as possible otherwise she will get a remark...

Dear client take in writing from husband that he will not trouble u and son as well as he will give u mutual divorce. If he will trouble u in future then u can again file 498 a. For any legal help call me
