Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My name is Qamar Hussain. My wife took decree of khula from family court. After 10 days we met each other and stayed in hotel room for 2 days and undergone the sexual activities with mutual understanding but it was kept secret.
My question is whether the decree of khula is still valid? and can my wife obtain a cirtificate of talaq on the basis of such decree. On the other hand I have clear proof of our raju. Thanks

You have to challenge decree of Khula in the High Court with proofs otherwise it holds the legal force of law.. [email protected]
