Legal Question in Family Law in India

My query is about my Divorce .I got married in Feb 2009 .My wife started her B.T.C.(U.P.) in Jan 2009 in her Home city .So she started living at her home even after the marry. She give birth a girl child in the month of November 2009 .She has no interest in our married life and our relationship from the beginning of our marriage .Her behavior was too bad to me and also cruel in the sense of married relationship .She had a very wrong attitude and arrogant . She never like to live with me she only used to come to me and in my family to get money for him only and to have shopping for her during 2 year period. During all that period all the take care and fostering of my daughter was being done by my mother at my native place. I was working as an engineer in a MNC in Naiad. I was really so upset and tolerated due to her behavior and attitude. In this way I suffered a lot mentally and physically already two year .Now her training was completed so I pray god that may her behave change so I ask her that she should live with me now and don�t join the job for now as I am not a greedy man I just want a happy life and peace of mind .Then she stay with me for one month unwillingly at last but only after one month she made a contervorcy and dispute without any reason finally as she want to go back to go her home at any cost .In this way she went back to her home in april 2011and started to live again there .I tried my best to take her back but she refused .Than after some month I came to know that she had joined as a primary teacher there near her home. It made me 100 % sure why she did made dispute for no reason that day now I was just sure she want a reason so that she can stay at her home (in muzaffarnagar U.P. ) .although I was working in noida and belongs to uattaranachal state basically. Even She joined as an primary teacher in her home town in July 2011 without my and my family knowledge .After she joined her behaviour going too wrong and she never approach me and my family .Now I was just have distraught of this relation. But due to good willing of my family I have to go to her and take her my native place on the occasion of holy festival then after 2-3 she went back to her home . Her family made a fake promise to our family that they will 100 % got her transfer her posting to my location .Then she come to my native place in summer holidays and then again went back after that .When we asked her and her family about her transfer she again made a fake statement that due to any reason this year it could not be possible . We people again did not said any thing. Although there was a lot record transfer in that year of teachers in U.P. During that period she got pragnent. One day she come here for her check up and by chance I see her joining letter .I saw that she was still unmarried in her record and also unmarried in her salary account although she was married in the starting of her 2 year training and also had baby but she did never updated that and got job on her unmarried data in u.p. on her home address and details .She never file the application for transfer too . I asked her to update it so that she can have maternity leaves but she refused and went back to her home .After one month I came to know the unborn baby is dead .I don�t know what she did to him. But she did it so that she not have to update her personal data in govt. records and she not want to live with me . Now I was just too much tolerated due to her activities . I ask her if she don�t want to come with me I will come there and I select a rented room near her room and resigned my job . But when I was going to get my home goods from NCR she totally refused live with me .Now i was to much helpless I could not think what to do. In the month of September 2012 she came to my home in Haridwar and gave threat to us that she will not live with me do what you want to do and went back . Now we cant suffer it more so we file a case in women help line regarding this. And I file a RTI to get the proofs of her cheating in Shiksha Vibhag .Now her family got afraid of her job loosing Because her father was 100% taking her salary in his use .So they got settelment with us and took my daughter and 2,50,000 rupees cash and signed a stamp paper of settelment and submitted that in women help line in front of some socity person and also promised that they will come for mutual divorce any time when we call them . It was the matter of 1st Week Of January 2013 .Now we are trying to get them here in court for last six months but they always make a argument not for coming and avoid. Now I don�t want Divorce to her and not want to resume my life again with her any cost .Guide me to file the case and getting divorce.I belongs to uattaranchal state.
