My question must be answered according to Islamic and Pakistan Law.
My uncle's mother got married again and took my uncle with her when he was infant. Her husband accepted him as his son and give my uncle his name. My uncle's step father had 2 sons and 2 doughters afterward. My uncle's step father and mother all has now been ided and left no will. My uncle is now above thirty and his step father's name is all in his documents from childhhod. My question is about inheritance. Is my uncle has any right in the inheritance of his step father and real mother as he led all his life with them?

Under the Islamic Law of Inheritance, he can inherit his share from the mother's inheritance, not from the father who adopted. However if his siblings are not creating any conflict then they can share inheritance with him as a brother showing him no where as a step brother. For more do consult me at [email protected]
