Legal Question in Family Law in India

My question is regarding divorce. After marriage my wife didn't had any physical relationship with me, we went for honeymoon for 8 days and after that she stayed with me for 2 weeks but during this period we never had any physical relation despite all my effort for it.Now my wife has left my house and went back to her parents. Can I get divorce on this basis?

yes denial of conjugal right is a ground for divorce. how long since you have been married and since when is she living away from you. for further query contact 9312411481.
