QUESTION- FOR DOWRY AND MENTAL HARASSMENT..........?????
What evidence are needed to make his case strong. how can she prove their cruelity, if it was verbally??? her husband and sister in law forced her to commit suicide many times, but in front of everyone they are extreme sweet. his husband took all money from her in form of cash and also he demanded of his gold jewellery.They are so smart and double face. They denied all blames when his parents talk to them about his condition and torture, and broke all relationship inspite of talking. she deal her like a servant and didnt allow her to talk his parents.And he has threatened her and his parents every time, all things are vervally so how can fight against this situation Please Guide us.....

1) In DV, 498A cases if no tangible evidence is available, wife's unshaken testimony

itself is great evidence the courts believe. Not clear whether any cases are filed. If

yes, what is the status.

2) Preserve all evidences both documentary and record all oral including

Email, SMS, Whatsapp, facebook internet chats etc.

3) Always invite the spouse politely. No threats. Respond positively

with affection to the other side.

4) Discuss in the presence of family elders and experienced outside

senior citizens and record for future evidence.

5) Consult a local concerned experienced Family law expert Advocate

of repute with full facts.
