This question is for my friend .the situation is that she is married in family presure condition but after marriage she want to try live happily but her husband and his family treated him badly her husband beaten her for and queries,abused her and her family aloso abused her .No respect in home or exterier place.She has a baby .but she want a divorce to her husband and live happily with her baby,For this how she apply for divorce and what process for it .Please help me for this Thank u

Dear client first she has to file complaint with women cell of police under section 498 a for physical violence. She can file domestic violence case for mental harassment. After that she can file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me

1) Let her file D, 498A, 125 CrPC cases against her husband and his family.
2) Let him file divorce instead of wife.
