We r from Delhi, My Wife Want a Mutual Divorce and Want to marry her boy friend after Divorce. And I am also want to start a new Life with someone. We have Arrange Marriage on Oct, 2012. Now we are and from 1st Day of Marriage...We cannot Compatible with each other. Now, We both are Separated more than 1 year. So Now We both want a Mutual Divorce as soon as Possible...So what are the procedure and how will it will take Time..?
There is any other Method to get Divorce in a Month..If both parties are agree and they do not need any Money or property(Alimony?)

For mutual consent divorce the main conditions are that both parties should agree for divorce and that both parties should be living separately for at least one year.
You need to first file a first motion petition and then after 6 months second motion petition and divorce is granted.
In case you need the second motion to be done within a month, you are required to file an application before the Supreme Court for irretrievable breakdown of marriage.
