hi i am Rahul,

i need your suggestion for my dad n mom , Actually my Mammi ji(wife) register a complaint against my Mama(husband) , my family & Maousi & Mausa ji familys. Regarding dowry. My Mammi belong to Alighar and Mama ji from Delhi. FIR register in Alighar against us. In FIR she wrote that his father invest 16 lc for marriage n we are asking for bike now. but her father invest only 70ooo for marriage function . my family was only attend function of marriage n after marriage we didnot visit to Nani's home due to we are busy in our life.n my mammi ji register complaint against my family. what we have to do know?

where are you living?? in delhi.I need to see the FIR before i can advice. IF the names are there you will have to file for anticipatory bail.Contact 9312411481.

We need to see the FIR before suggesting you anything if names are there and you are not from uttar pradesh you can file for anticipatory bail

as there is no provision of anticipatory bail in uttar pradesh so it depends upon the place u live
