Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am ravi, married in 2002, we have a child in the age group of 8 yrs. after birth of my child 2008, she did not shown with me even I asked her to shown him. she is working as Police constable, i approach with police officers, thay asked to me to get a decree from court as You are the guardian to that child. then I filed the case with Family court as under Gwop ,praying to declare me as guardian and child hustody , She filed divorce under cruelty . After 8 years gap she fileing false reasons of divorce. it is maintainable under law. Please advice...
