Legal Question in Family Law in India
My rcr case is under reconcilation stage he is not attending from 5 months last month he appointed a lawyer and he is saying he is unemployed and becuase of illness he is not attending the court before that 5 months judge took leave for 3 months and because of case transfer it took almost 2 years from 5 months he is not continuosly attending the court
