Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hello,
I read somewhere that for mutual consent divorce, physical separation of spouses is not necessary and one needs to show evidence proving spouses are living separately since more than a year and evidence relating to the failed attempts of reconciliation.
If me and my spouse are still living under one roof and considering divorce by mutual consent, how can i show proof for the above two mentioned requirements.
