Legal Question in Family Law in India

but she is not ready for settelment out of court. idont know what she has in mind. but now i dont want to live with her at any cost she and her father are big cheaters now i dont have any faith on them. when she was with me she always fight with me and dont allow me to talk to with my elder brother and my bhabhi and my little bhtiji. and i have done all that she needed ihad also seperated my kitchen from my bother and father mother . then every time she used to only talk on phone with her sister and moher and they always used to interfre in my life.she did not give any risponsibility towards me. she wakes up in morning at11am. and she also has fits problem sometimes which i came to know after marriage. know she putting all fase cases towards me and my family. pls help me what should i do know. what wil be the maintainance amount ? we dont have any child and my marriage has completed 1 year it was held on 2feb 2012.
