Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
We recently divorced. We have a 3-month-old kid, with my wife. She is a resident in Lahore And I am In Islamabad. she has a few bogus cases against me pending in court. She is putting up demands for me to see my child, Asking me to make a deal for a finalcial settlement to withdraw cases (Cases are of different nature) ) and also threatening to go abroad with my child for me to never see him again...
What options do I have through court to restrict her :
1. Not taking my son abroad without my consent.
2. Be bound to inform me of her new address if she moves somewhere else inside Pakistan.
3. Inform me if she remarries, as custody rights change in that circumstance.
