Legal Question in Family Law in India
recently i got a job my wife refused to stay with me while i had not my job now i got and her parents threatening me to keep her daughter with you, otherwise it will not be OK i said i will not she can live with my parents and they are denying and saying that i will come with my daughter and handover to you and will make noise in your office is their any law that can harm me or any thing that if i deny and saying that go to my home town and stay with with my parents.

a wife has a right to stay with her husband but not per force. you may try to settle the matter amicably as i can sense that she is getting insecure.
