Is there any way to recover jewlery from wife?

My wife first created false case against me for maintenance allowance for her and my daughter,

demanding return of dowry articles etc but she already took all jewlery with her.

Now I am paying for my daughter every month and just now she sent me notice for khula,

So she will get khula in one or two hearings ...

There is absolutely nothing mentioned on nikah-nama for hakmehar,

Now she has my daughter and also all jewlery ...

Is there any possible way that I can recover that ...

First I was thinking for the oath of Quran but someone said its invalid ...

But anyways what possible solutions I have ...

Anything or any idea in this regard ?

You should proceed and lodge FIR of theft against her. You can also file a case for recovery of the jewellery. But you need to prove these allegations through evidence.
