how do i register a will in mumbai? do the witnessess in will and the witnessess who are actually present at registrar's office have to be same?

yes u can register the will in mumbai ,there is no need same witness has to be present

it is always advisable to have the same witnesses. or else there may be difficulty in proving the WILL later if the need so arise
