Legal Question in Family Law in India

I registered my marriage without informing my parents fearing they wouldnot agree with my choice. but as time passed, they are alright with my husband and are ready to agree for our marriage. so is it legally possible to marry the same spouse without divorce and thereafter to produce the certificate of the later event when needed??

You should produce the same original certificate after taking them into confidence.
