hi. i am having a relation with a married man(his case under trial for divorce) ...now i m pregnent...wt is the fate of coming child as well as for me.....

Child will certainly be illegitimate as well as this marriage is void. But the child will acquire his property and others rights from his biological father. If the child comes after divorce, there could be some relief. Call for more help.
