Legal Question in Family Law in India
I was in a relationship with a Hindu guy who is undergoing divorce proceedings. The night I broke up with him, I sent an email to his wife narrating everything, from the when and how we met to why I broke up with him. I broke up with him because he lied about a lot of things to hide the fact that he's married and then after that to hide the fact that he is still seeing his wife and going on trips with her. Before finding out everything now, I did not even believe that he was actually getting a divorce and so the email was intended to clear things out to his wife, that I never intended to ruin their marriage if I was the cause of their divorce if there was really any divorce that was happening. I mentioned a lot of things that will badly implicate the guy. Is there any way he can get out of this or at least lessen the damages? I'm asking because before sending that email, I did not know that it will affect his entire family. I am not Indian and I do not know anything about legal procedures. I am only concerned about what will happen to his family. I hope there is something that can be done.
