Legal Question in Family Law in

my relative had divorced from her husband , now she had a son aged 8 years . Now she intends to get married to someone who also is a divorcee and has a son og aged 4 years.Now my qouestion is -whether name of his biological father can be changed ? if my second husband wants to put his name in place of his earlier biological father what is the legal procedure?

The name of biological father cannot be changed without his consent. The biological father may give in adoption the child to the second husband of child's mother.
