My relative got married this January 27 but her husband wants divorce as he got u know that she had an affair before marriage but it's not so after marriage. The girl doesn't want to give him divorce but he is forcing her to do.My few questions are:
1. After how many days he can fill the divorce as they live together but he wants divorce
2.Is this a valid reason for filling the divorce according to law

Dear client he can apply for divorce after completion of one year of marriage. Relation before marriage is not valid ground for divorce. Fir any legal help call me on 9422611385
