my relative married to a police constable. at the time of marriage he had taken 15 lakhs as dowry. after marriage his parents started torturing with insulting words. even they have not taken proper care of her health. her husband lefted her at her parents. now he filed a case against her that she is not coming to his home. she is totally confused. kindly advice.

Dear client she can file police complaint against husband and his family members under sec 498 a for dowry harassment. She can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. She have to oppose case filed by husband. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
