Remarriage : i am a widow with a son. i want to marry a divorcee who also has a daughter from his previous marriage, however the child stays with his ex wife. what is the legal procedure to get married. please help.

You may go ahead either with a marriage by rites and ceremonies of your religion, or through Court. You both had married before; the second marriage may be the same way as was the first marriage.

Your husband may adopt your son, if he agrees.
