Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thank you for replying addressing my concern now the fact is we decided to go for a mutual consent divorce and I have returned all her things which she got and what I have gave her during marriage.after giving all this she denied signiing on notary stating she want the point to be modified or removed stating that herein in future we both would not file any civil or criminal case against each other neither any family member.I believe the clause is as per the law can that be change or removed.

the clause can be further modified that both the parties have no claim against each other and all the disputes and differences have been amicably settled and that the wife has received her dowry articles and stidhan and no further claims in respect to the marriage shall be maintainable in future.. for further query contact 9312411481.
