Legal Question in Family Law in India

Thank you for replying but the point is if I changed the clause that herein no criminal or civil case can be filed against each other how can I be res assured about my future security because as per Indian law I cannot case a file against apart from deformation.Incase she might plan to file amy false case after divorce in future I would be the one who has to face the consequences without doing anything wrong.

No, if a settlement takes place, both the parties forfeits there right to institute any legal cases in future. Settlement should be made in that way.
