i m 22 year old 17 3 93 ........i hv love marriage in 2013 with ma wife she is now 21 year old 17 8 1994 ...........our marriage is intercast .....we r khatri sikh general catagory nd my wife belongs to jatt sikh faimly they are also general catagory ..........now 2 year passed away ... my wife is graduted .. nd me also completed my gradution .... now we want go abroad for higher study and for settelment .... my wife has no passport ...passpor officer asked for a marrige registration .......marrige is not registered due to my in laws faimly doesnot come for the photograph ... i m in deppression .... plz help what i m doing .. that our marriage is reggistred as per marrige registration .. so we can go abraoad
