Legal Question in Family Law in India

Res Sir,

I am from gujarat, Vadodara.

Priniciple Judge of Family Court ne muje intrim custody of my child (Boy : age-4 1/2 yrs )ka order 2 hrs in a week April 2014 mein pass kiya hai jo maine OCT 2012 mein application rakhi thi.

But meri wife jab mein child ko lene jata hu tab excuse de kar mana karti hai aur aisa usne 3 week tak kiya tab maine Contempt of Court ki complain file kare di aur uske bad court ne usko show cause notice bhi issue ki hai...but woh abhi bhi Court ke Order ko follow nahi kar rahi hai.....aur rudely baat karti hai.....! so.. what should i do for legal action against her...? pls let me know sir.

let the contempt application be decided she cannot deny you the visitation rights.
