Respect sir, myself bharat bhushan I married on 19/01/2012 my wife is quarreiing woman in nature she want to police station aganist me 3 time every time the police get settlement among us but 6 months age my file a application of dowry allegation aganist me, to prevent arrest i filed a petition u/s 9 under hindu marriage act for restoration of conjugal.righs. The SSP forward the application to women shell after conselling the women shell officals made a report in my favour stating that there is false allegation of dowry and the lady is querrling in nature.
After two months she want to see her parents but she did not come back and demands for my salary and new ornaments to come back i filed a application in women shell in this regard as per women shell's counselling i bought some ornaments for her but now she demands to transfer of my house property to her name So women shell made report that wife is not willing to live with her husband and harrassed him.
Now sir on the basises of this report can i left the petition of u/s 9 and file a divorce case aganist my wife.
Your help in this matter will be highly appreciated.
