Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Lawguru,

I have two SONS my younger daughterin law who have just got wedded 6 months ago and has created a mess in our family. My younger son who is with us and cannot say anything because she always threatens us for DOWRY harrasment cases. My elder daughter in law is cooperating with us and doesnot have any such issues in her marital life of last 4 years .... my younger daughter in law always creates scene in the family without any issues from us and her mother also gets involved. We have never demanded or asked or said anything to her. to let you know before you share your expertise She is 4 months pregnant also. we live in a property which is parental and does not belong to me EITHER. We have a joint family wherein my parents stays on First floor and my brother on 2nd.

IS there any solution wherein we can protect ourselves as I do not want my other family members to get affected including my elder son....I want to make my younger son and his wife separated in all terms from my family with due respect... Will disowning him from myself be a GOOD OPTION as my son is not the culprit its just his wife who takes advantage of women rights,... Me and My wife are government servants and do no want any mishappening at our retiring stage..we are a middle class family not have too much of property and money to spend on such issues.... ONCE DISOWNED wil she able to give us any LOSS legally or mentally ....

Appreciate your early response
