Respected Lawyer,
Here is my issue...we both married as per the hindu law , she works in singapore n I work in india...everything was fine for few months.Later on , one day I had asked for her salary n other expense details because she was not behaving as a married woman n was not taking any responsibility of in-laws side.I suspect that she is paying the loan of her parents which I am not agreed with. she sends only small amt of her salary to me whereas the whole amt goes to her mom's home.
Now, I told her if she dont clearly explains to me about the account I will go with divorce as after 8 months in which we stood together for 1 month and also she visited couple of times to hyderabad to stay with me still she is unable to give a kids..n also she is unable to keep me n my family happy ...
I will compromise if she follows me n provides me all the details..
I want to get out of this relationship...what are the way if she accepts for divorce and if she doesnt accept the divorce to come out of the relationship

Dear client yr ground for divorce r not correct. U cannot force her for her salary. Otherwise she can file complaint against u and yr family for dowry harassment with women cell of police under sec 498 a. For any legal help call me

1) Discuss with ur wife in the presence of family elders and try for a reconciliation.
2) Within a few months, not less than one year divorce cannot be filed.
3) Ur contention is not acceptable ground for divorce. Rather she can file 498A/ DV which may land u in trouble and long drawn legal battle.
