respected lawyers i got married 9 year back i didn't birth child and now my husband is saying that he will file case against me so i just want to know wt kind of case he can file against me and if he file divorce case so m i liable for any maintence can i claim any alimony coz i can't survive in my present sitution..so plzz help me

Dear client yr husband can file divorce on the ground of non fertilization against u. If he file divorce then u can claim maintenance for u as well as if medically proved that u r capable to give birth to child then his case will be dismissed. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
