Respected Madam Anuradha Dixit,
Divorce U/S 13 (1) (ia) filed by husband dismissed. In the Divorce petition my written statement was of about 40 pages . My lawyer is telling to file 125CrPC in a very short form ignoring the events shown in W/S. But I think all the events should be shown in the 125 CrPC petition.
Q-- 1 Whether all the events should be shown in the 125 CrPC petition.? OR not

the defense in the divorce petition may or may not be useful in sec 125.
