Respected Sir,

divorce petition U/s 13 (1) (ia) filed by husband, cruelty upon husband not proved, dowry given to husband proved, hence divorce petition filed by husband dismissed by family court. Husband filed for divorce in High Court against order of Family Court.. Now I am going to file for maintenance U/s 125 CrPC.

Q1-- is it necessary to write down and to prove the dowry points in petition U/s 125 CrPC

Dear client it not necessary but if u mention about that then it will held u. Court will draw the inference that u have to live matrimonial home because of dowry harassment and it is duty of yr husband to maintain u. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
