RESPECTED SIR IF I DO MARRIGE IN ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR AND THEN REGISTER IT UNDER SPECIAL MARRIGE ACT 1954. will it be done. i am asking this because we do not fall under prohibited degree as specified in special act. but we may fall in sapinda relation in accordance with hindu marrige act.

both the hindu marriage act and the special marriage act prohibit the marriage between the sapinda or prohibited decree.Therefore your marriage is null and void and special marriage act will not make it legal.
