Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected Sir,

My question is regarding Marriage. i am 33 years old Primary Teacher. ( Guj.Govt.) My marriage solemnized before 6 years. My wife and me are separated since last 5 years. I want divorce but she denied. so can i do "Maitri Karar" .? What if she goes against me in court? Period of 5 years can be the reason for divorce.?

Without divorce you cannot do any such marriage/Maitri karar/live in relationship.

but you may file case for divorce and get one sided/Contested divorce.
