Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,

My wife is not giving sign and photo in my pension and gpf approval form...My wife told in my office"whenever i give her 10 lac ruppes then she will do all the formalities . for my wife's photo and sign my all works is in pending.

so plz sir tell me what should i do in this situtaion....
