Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir,

Divorce case dismissed by family court on 17 Apr 2014. I want to go in high court please guide me up to which date I can appeal in High Court. Some lawyers of lower court are saying time limit is of 30 days where as some are saying time limit is of 90 days. I am very confused please help me.

divorced filed in hindu marriage act 1955 under 13 1 ia only ground of cruelty.

two different answer i get from lawgurus not clear answer .even from high court lawyers i have get two answers some are saying 30 days and some saying 90 days

Q1-- whether time limit on Family Court Order is 30 Days or 90 Days ?

please sir give right answer to me yours advice is very important for me

Dear client as per sec 28 of hindu marriage act u have file appeal before high court eithin 90 days from the date of order. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
