I got my divorce but 125 case is still pending. Sir can I marry now?

If the divorce is final, and appeal period is over n u got no notice to the same you can.

you can remarry, but after remarriage, you are not entitle for any maintenance.

dear client if 90 days is passed after date of order of divorce. then u can remarry against. sec 125 is another proceeding. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
