I want to tell that I married on 7-12-2010 everything was good but after 6 months of my marriage my wife started to quarreling me and my other family members, 3-4 times she tried to suicide but fortunately I'd seen and saved her, she wanted live saparatly with my family coz I am the eldest son of my family and my father had died.
When I didn't do, one day she called her brother and her brother in law at my home, and told them that me and my mother had beat her, after this they abused me and beat me and they were take her with them yet we didn't want. she was pregnant of 4 months. after going to her "mayka" she started to missed call me on my cellphone, when I call her back she started to quarrel so I didn't want talk her, after this she became angry and continued missed calls on my cell and left a worthy sms. I was very upset.
one day a court notice came on my home, I saw she'd filed a domestic violence case against my, my mom, my two elder sisters,my youngr sister and brother. the date was 20-01-2013. every one know that, that is a false case.
now after one year the case is running in Varanasi court. Now I've decided to take divorce to her, I'll not be happy with her, so I filed a case of sec.9 in Jaunpur court on 26 sept.2012 when she received it's notice, she came again in my home with her brother, brother in laws and many more people on 14-10-2012. they again hurt me, abuse me and said to me that they will kill my family but fortunatly I run away and discus this matter to my lawyer. he said to me that I should amend in my case, so I amended my case in divorce. but now she wants to live with me and she has a baby girl of 2 years, but I dont want.
on 26 dec 2013 a police officer of Varanasi had called me that an application given to S.S.P. Varanasi against me. he said to me that come in Varanasi kotwali Chetganj, I went there, the officer called her in Kotwali, she came and started to flow crocodile tears there, the officers became angry on me and treated me like a criminal and forced on me to take her back at my home. but I rejected their forcement and I said them that give me some days for thinking.
they are very clever I know this so kindly tell me that what should I do against this matter, I want divorce to her but she don't.
Please give me an advise to save me to these matter.

the decesion has to be yours but if you have taken so much of torture it would be better if you parted ways for even for the sake of child she wont change as gathered from the facts stated by you.Dont take steps under force pressure or fear. Take it if you want to.
