Legal Question in Family Law in India

Respected sir
Iam 41 year muslim govt employee i have two childrens my wife is also govt employee due to some dispute she demand me for talaq i have told her three times after some days we when she get normal we consult to scholars mufti some told talaq hi happend some told no u can stay but my wife not accepting to stay she accepet it is happen and we cant leave together then i move to court where she accept to stay with me in my home but now again in two she is telling she cant leave u can marry with another woman only take care of childrens even we live seprate dont go to court or any where i cant do any problem so please sugges me what to do can i do second marriage or not childrens age daughter 13 and son 8 year old wil i face any problem in future ? all of her family members are telling dont stay with her u can do second marriage we dont have any problem but not given in writting

better to live with her as your girl is young and it will give very negative impact on her.

If still want to proceed then move to Kaji and grant her divorce legally.
