respected sir/madam
i have to complain about family court judge who is putting derogatory comments , using rough language and my five application which are ordered for disposal for last 11 months but not yet disposed off till date. I have submitted written argument in court with proper court fee on my first day of argument, court issued the copy to opposite party but she is not indexing it & neither taking it on record nor giving any remarks verbally saying that " family court is not bound under CPC to take written arguments" so I will not take it on record and also she takes signature on blank sheet before passing any order on order date sheet she is totally cheating me .
Q1--is family court bound under CPC to take written arguments or not
Q2--can you give me any web side for complaint in administrative department in allahabad high court?

you may write to the chief justice of the Allahabad high court and bring the facts on record.als file a RTI in the family court ask them under what provision of law can a judge take the signature on a blank paper and also under what provision of law can she refuse to take the written arguments on record.
