Respected Sir/Madam,

We both filed Mutual consent Divorce and it was dismissed due to non comply of MOU by the husband and now he has given a cheque for permanent alimony which is also dishounoured . My question is that from how many days the dishonour of the cheque i (wife) should file a cheating case against my husband

Dear client u have to send legal notice through advocate within 30 days from the cheque bounce date. If he will not pay u money then have to file cheque bounce case in 30 days from notice send date. For detail discussion call me
