In recent telugu movie “vakeel Saab” which was a remake of Hindi movie pink, when lawyers were arguing one of the Lawer asks a girl repeatedly on her “virginity” my questions on this to you

As a Lawer

1. Is it permitted to use word “virgin/virginity” in the arguments

2. In you arguments, Did this term virginity is applied to boy also

3. In your law books which lines permit you to use the word “virginity” in the court arguments

I am interested in movies but as you queried here, there is nothing illegal using a term "virgin or virginity". Any person or sex can used it.

Law can ban some words but can't give words to use it.
