Respected sir/madam,

I need to renew my sons minor usa passport renewal who is staying

In india,with me. I am informed that i need consent letter or sole custody from court

To renew passport. My husband presently living in usa but nit having any contact

With us nor he is giving any maintence to me and kids. Can u please guide that how to

Get sole custody and if i dont renew passport does my sons citizenship will go.?
