Respected Sir/Madam

I am respondent in a First Appeal in High Court but there are some differences in his GROUNDS TAKEN and in his affidavit in the First Appeal. I have to submit my Counter Affidavit for that I want to know In my counter affidavit :-

Q -1 :- is it necessary to give para wise reply?

Q-2:-In my counter affidavit I have to give reply of Affidavit OR Grounds taken OR both of them?
