Thanks for your reply. but i want to know what are the problem may arise if I remarry within 1 mnth of my divorce.

dear client 90 days is appeal period to file appeal before higher authority. if other party file appeal during that period and get the stay on divorce decree then yr marriage will not get legal status until disposal of appeal. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
