Respected Sir
We have mutually signed on stamp paper that we are taking divorcee and all the matter is clear that we can remarry again and no any financial help required to wife and they will not go to court for any financial property or money. I is also clear mention that we both can remarry again without hesitation and also have no problems to each .
So i need a answer that weather we should go to family court?

Dear client only court has power to give divorce. Yr paper has no value in the eye of law. If u both r ready for divorce take mutual divorce from court and u will get divorce in six months.
